Third Grade
Collaboratively with the third grade team at High Tech Elementary, we are learning about water filtration, water conservation, and watersheds. However, we still learning about fish habitats and our trout. For our first lesson with the 10th and 3rd graders, we are interactively guiding them through a scavenger hunt around the High Tech Village, showing them about how our schools treat water. This lesson is leading towards our final product, which will consist of a visual representation of our local watershed. We plan on donating this product to the Escondido Watershed to educate others.

The Third Graders made mini magazines to illustrate the importance of water and keeping it clean. They worked hard, and also studied whales, and the shoreline. Some samples of their work are below.
